We had been looking forward to it for years and now we can finally announce that the expansion of our Ghent location is complete. After lengthy negotiations with the local authorities, we were able to start the construction of our new space last February. By September, we were ready to start using the additional 2,000 square metres. This proved a great success from the off: our internal logistics improved at a rapid pace and the possibilities for the further automation of our bookbinding facility are enormous. Manager Denis Geers, for one, is pleased with the result: “Graphius is continuously growing, so it’s essential that we have the physical space to further optimise production. This new building is exactly what we needed and adds value for both our employees and our customers.”
